I spent years in management consulting, working with entrepreneurs and small business owners before eventually facing a decision many experienced professionals consider:

I chose the franchise route, and entered an industry I had never worked in. What surprised me was that our franchise network of over 60 businesses consisted almost entirely of professionals who left corporate America. I grew the business from three employees to 25 before eventually selling it.
Since then, I’ve built, operated, and advised businesses across professional services, home services, and private practices.
